The cuvée Marie Beurrier, named after an aunt of Henri Bonneau's wife, is more accessible than the Célestins Reserve. Less intense but more complex, this grand wine exudes enchanting aromas of dark fruits and spices.

About the estate
Area: 6 hectares - 85% grenache / 15% other grape varieties
Low yields - fermentations on indigenous yeasts, very long fermentations depending on the vintages (it happens that they last nearly a year)
Aging between 5 and 7 years depending on the vintage and the cuvée.
The cuvées are not single vineyard cuvées but cuvées corresponding to a qualitative level of the wine. Depending on the years, Henri Bonneau will produce or not produce certain ones.
