About the estate

The Dureuil-Janthial estate is located in Rully, in the heart of the Côte-Chalonnaise, in Burgundy. Its vines are mainly planted in Côte chalonnaise, but also in Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Descendants of one of the oldest families in Rully, Burgundy, Vincent and his wife Céline can take pride in producing memorable cuvées.

Céline and Vincent Dureuil took over the family estate in 1994, primarily in Rully but also in Mercurey, then in Puligny-Montrachet and Nuits-Saint-Georges. All the wines are vinified with the same rigor and meticulousness that is found in few estates. The couple, advocates of healthy viticulture, was certified organic from 2009 to 2016. Made from old vines and aged for a long time, the wines are consistent and maintain a very high level, with a real ability to stand the test of time. The oak treatments are adapted to each terroir depending on the vintage. Vincent's work, from the vineyard to the cellar, this constant attention to detail that characterizes great wines, is universally praised.
