The Domaine Ulysse Collin is a vineyard located in Congy, in Champagne.
The Collin family has been present in Congy in Champagne since 1703 and has been engaged in winemaking and cooperage since 1812. One of the descendants, Olivier Collin, did not intend to make wine.
However, in 2003 he decided to abandon his law studies after ten years to take over his father's vineyards, a winegrower who had placed his vineyard in sharecropping. Olivier Collin learns the trade for a year with Anselme Selosse He names the domaine Ulysse Collin in reference to one of his ancestors.
