Champagne Dom Perignon Brut Blanc Vintage 2012, 75cl with case
Tasting

THE NOSE
The nose is complete and changing, blending flowers with fruits and then the vegetal with the mineral. The bouquet is tactile. From powdered white flowers to the sweetness of apricot and mirabelle. From the freshness of rhubarb and mint to the minerality of ash. White pepper.
THE PALATE
It is the energy that dominates on the palate. After a welcoming opening, the wine vibrates quickly. The effervescence reveals itself, the sensation is tonic. Channeled by acids and bitters, the finish tightens. It leaves its mark: ginger, tobacco, toasted notes.

THE PERFECT HARMONY
Dom Pérignon only exists as a vintage.
Only the best grapes from a single year are chosen. Each vintage is unique and reinterprets the unique character of the seasons. Dom Pérignon dares not declare a vintage if the result is not exceptional.
After more than eight years of elaboration in the cellar, the wine reflects the perfect balance of Dom Pérignon, its most beautiful promise. It is Dom Pérignon Vintage, the fullness of harmony.
HARMONIOUS AND CONTRASTED
For Dom Pérignon, the blending is the great meeting point of champagne production. The creative gesture that, from the vineyard, through a search made of intuition and creation, will engage contrasts and paradoxes, oppositions and complementarities, and thus reveal its own truth for each vintage.
It is now illustrated in the sharing of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 and its explosive harmony.
The unpredictability of the 2012 seasons, their authority and generosity, composed a unique olfactory landscape, of an unprecedented variety. An unmatched richness and diversity of fruits: in 2012, each grape variety, each region, each village, each plot was at its best, allowing the vintage to play with all polarities.
Connecting intensities, contained tensions, and extreme contrasts, the assembly of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 reveals a singular edifice, unfolding to the rhythm of a controlled energy, channeled by acids and bitters.
