1) Can we deliver outside Paris Intramuros and Neuilly sur Seine?
Yes, delivery is possible anywhere in the world. It is calculated automatically after validation of the basket.
Shipments are managed by UPS or Colissimo with the possibility of delivery to a relay point.

2) Delivery times vary from 4 to 8 working days depending on the destination and the type of shipment you choose Standard, Express...

3) Is it possible to collect your purchases in store?
Collection is only possible by appointment.

4) Is it possible to taste the wines before buying?
All our wine and champagne references, except for old vintages, rare wines and grands crus, are available for tasting. Contact us for a personalized quote or a free wine tasting offer depending on the selected cuvées.

5) Are Hapiwine's expert advice (oenological profile...) chargeable?
They are free for our first 30 customers who place an order directly or online. Do not waste time. There should be many requests!
